Computers are morally neutral, they can be used for both bad and good; it all depends on the intention of the user. It isn't the computer that does bad, its people who do bad. Computers don't start viruses on their own, there are people behind the computer creating the viruses to send through computers.
Computers have allowed people to commit acts they would not do without the computer. A person may never think of stealing CDs from a music store, but because of file sharing through use of computer they can download music without charge, yet it is just the same as stealing from a CD.
Computers have also been the home of many organizations that help society in an a positively influential way. These sites can help society by raising funds for another impoverished society, help the environment, etc..
Computers are either good or bad depending on the ways they're used.
"Our technology is a tool, yes, but all tools allow the user to do certain things and not others. The tool, in a sense, encourages the user to undertake some tasks and exclude others. Some people have bought the notion that our tools are morally neutral; they argue, for example, that the hydrogen bomb is neither “good” nor “bad.” It is rather a tool which we put to either good or bad use."

5. Would you like to work in a business where all employees were required to wear active badges? Explain your answer.
I would work at a business that required me to wear an active badge because they are used to enhance security. Active badges can enhance security measures and can reduce the amount of security threats within that company, Even if it violates privacy, I've nothing to hide from the company. Better to be safe than sorry.
